Develop strategic business partnerships, develop Master Service Agreements and Billing Addendums leading to providing talent to work at the businesses
Assist the Employment Services Manager for the market area with supervision of Specialists leading up to and after placement.
Maintain regular contact with Business Partners to assist them in working effectively with the Specialists in their area.
Provides Specialists with on-going contact and coaching on professional skills in job situations within the workplace.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential strategic business partners for the purpose of proving that business with the Mind Shift talent to fill their needs.
Move prospective new business to contract business and develop the Master Service Agreement and related billing addendum.
Provide on-going in person and virtual consultation, coaching and support for Strategic Business Partners and Specialists with on the job to support Specialists in situations requiring problem solving and remediation of obstacles to continued successful employment.
Provide Specialists with training and coaching on professional workplace knowledge and skills.
Provide additional one-on-one training to meet Business Manager or Specialist needs.
Prepare and maintain Specialist employment documents and provide summaries to Employment Services Manager minimally on a monthly basis and more frequently as needed.
Review and approval of payroll information on a weekly and/or daily basis. This includes but is not limited to approving worked hours, approving PTO requests, and making sure worked hours stay within allotted parameters.
Work with the Employment Services Manager to develop and maintain a referral network within the public sector: vocational rehabilitation services, community rehabilitation. providers (CRP), workforce agencies, human services departments, High Schools and Colleges, etc.
Assist with ESTA process as needed
Participate in area Job Fairs and recruiting events with the Employment Services Manager as needed
Non-Essential Job Responsibilities:
Suggest improvements for Mind shift processes for recruiting new talent including by not limited to interviewing, training and assessment activities.
Assist with customer relationship development including explaining the training and assessment processes and the Mind Shift model.
Participate in development activities.
Suggest ideas for revenue opportunities.
Actively participate in professional development.
Aid in developing and distributing team training guides and models as new software and training opportunities arise.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred, willingness to work with individuals with ASD required.
Experience in B to B sales
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to coach and support individuals in developing skills necessary for successful work placement.
Calm, measured approach and patient in stressful situations.
Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
Reliable transportation to travel locally and regionally to visit prospective businesses and work sites.
Mileage submitted through Expensify and reimbursed based on the established Mind Shift rate.
Position eligible to accrued Vacation and Sick leave if working 20 hours/week or more.
Position receives $100/month cell phone allowance.
Position eligible for Health Insurance stipend if working 20 hours/week or more.
