Our Amazing Talent
Meet Specialist Athen Osterberg
We are happy to introduce Athen Osterberg, Mind Shift Specialist at Korn Ferry/Minneapolis. Athen has worked at Korn Ferry for one year and three months as a Data and Analytics Ambassador. At Korn Ferry, Athen has substantial client data spread out over many sources. He pulls data from these different sources and combs through it in a uniform manner. He also does quality assurance on the data to be presented to clients.
When asked about favorite things in his current positions he responded “I’ve been learning a lot of software I was not previously familiar with”. He says his biggest challenge is “There’s a lot of sources for data to remember with different means of accessing it”. Special skills he has acquired are shortcuts for Excel and “R” for combing data into one spreadsheet.
Athen has a black belt in Taekwondo. He says his biggest support person at Korn Ferry is a coworker who gave guidance when he first started. They have been working together on a large project for a client over the past few months.
